Ninja vs. Samurai movie title...?

Does anyone know the title of this movie: It's a samurai vs. ninja flick set in modern times. The ninjas are the bad guys and I think they're trying to kill this business man b/c he oversaw something, or something. Anyway, a scene you might remember is of the main samurai fighting a female ninja on a bullet train. The samurai wins the fight and unmasks the female ninja. Said ninja then says something like "No one shall see my face samurai." and quite ceremoniously cuts her face off.

The film is probably about 10 years old now....maybe. I once knew the title of it and checked my local blockbuster, but they didn't have it.

It is called "The Hunted" with Christopher Lambert. His character saw the main Ninja (Who, in the movie, was named Kinjo-don't know if that's spelled right), kill a woman he (Lambert) had spent some time with earlier the same evening. Somehow, Lambert's character managed to escape being murdered also. It was a very good movie, but I thought the ending was bullcrap. It came out in 1995, and I saw it the day it came out.
