I didn't understand the ending of The Devil Wears Prada?

Nate took a job in Boston, Andy took a job in New York, but they acted like they were getting back together. I'm confused.

i know those two get back together in the book, i dont remember about the movie much since i only saw it once and dont wish to see it again, the book is waaaaaay better, the "devil" is way meaner, and andrea gives her a good well deserved "FU"
