Does anyone know this Old Christmas Movie? All I can remember is a Little girl that hates Christmas...?

She hates Christmas...I think she might have a brother or sister as well, and this angel appears. Charlie the Angel I think he was....He was always in the trees when she called for him. He wore a black hat.....That's all I remember...

There is another Christmas movie I was thinking of....A lady, supermarket teller....she leaves her kids in the car for something and they get kidnapped buy this guy outside the bank....I think they get in an accident as well.....On a Pond??
I really don't remember much....Just these scenes!
I know they are fairly older.
Any Help would be nice!
