The plot is like this:
Some people (oil riggers i think) is sent to space to split the astroid in half because if the astroid hits the earth, everyone will die. One of the guy had a daughter named grace and she is engaged to an astronaunt name AJ. The astronaunts were sent into space in 2 shuttles one is freedom and one is independance. On the way to the astroid, one of the shuttles crashed and only 3 people survived. So then the other shuttle landed and were digging 800 feet down to plant a nuclear bomb.
