While wathching a movie on the computer and you want to copy the picture how can i do it?

when you reach the part, pause the movie, press print screen button on the keyboard, go to paint, press ctrl + v, using the select tool trim the borders. while pressing print screen note that you r viewing in the full screen mode or any other mode which is the best. after editing the image, save the file .
