Sarah, Plain and Tall?

Has anyone else seen this movie? I absolutely love it. I remembered reading the book in 4th grade, and watching the movie then too. (I'm 15 now) I watched it a few nights ago on the Hallmark channel. I never knew about Skylark and Winter's End!! I LOVED those too! Not as like movies I'd watch with friends, but they're just so good and heartwarming and true to the time era, except maybe the last one. I liked Skylark the best.


Anyone else love them?

I thought Winter's End wasn't as true to the time, and the characters weren't as genuine as they used to be. Of course Anna and Caleb were older, but I think they could have put more effort into the acting. Christopher Walkin and Glenn Close were still genuine and true to the parts though. I know what you mean. Jacob's father was true to the part too.

I can remember being a young girl and sitting on the family room floor with my brother and my mother. We had a big bowl of popcorn between us and the glass pepsi bottles and laying in the pillows while watching this movie. I remember crying. It was a beautiful movie.

You should check out Love's Enduring Promise. There's two other that go with it, but they're very sweet and endearing movies as well.
