Movies you hate?

I have a list of movies I absolutely hated while my family and friends thought they were the best things on the planet. What movies did you hate and did you tell your friends or suffer through them?

X Men 3 ( I liked the other 2 so its not a X-men thing )
Face/Off
any movie with Vin Diesel

Narrator. I have never and will never see From Justin to Kelly but I believe it belongs in the list.

I stand by my placement of The Matrix, saw it at the theater and it bored me to tears.

Birdy, I disagree with you, I very much grasped the concept. I hate that people assume those who did not like the movie are beneath them in some way.

Wow, I thought I was the only person who absolutely hated the MATRIX! And no, it doesnt take any real depth to "understand" the Matrix. That is unless you consider the height of education to be 10th grade. The movie used junk philosophy to try and give creedence to what was no more groundbreaking than your average High school creative writing paper.

Patch Adams, that movie did so well but I thought every moment was excruciating.

Shrek (all of them) to me it was just underwhelmingly funny. And honestly,I am pretty much underwhelmed by all the big studio computer animated movies other than Pixar.

I have to say I agree with just about every movie you listed Shadowkat. My only problem is more keep coming to me every minute.

Oh yeah, gotta include The Mummy, just a cheap Indiana Jones rip-off.

Now I gotta add Bringing Down the House with Queen Latifah and Steve Martin. I can't believe Steve Martin agreed to be in that movie. It was a perfect example of Lowest common denominator.

Let me also comment on what another user said...
...believe me, Those of us who disliked the movie are not too stupid to understand The Matrix, were just smart enough to see through it. Perhaps your intellectual capacity is so small that you are held in awe of things many people find unexceptional.
