I know there was already a question about The Rules of Attraction but do you know...?

The song that plays while they are putting the suicide girl in the ambulance and flashing back to scenes of Sean when she was watching/following him. It starts out with drums and bass and the lyrics are simply "ooooohooooohoooooo". I almost feel like I'd recognize the band if I knew who it was. It's been driving me batty since I saw it years back so any help would be greatly appreciated.
