To me its kind of crazy!.!.!. but I have this thing in my head that I should try out for modeling!.!.!.!.!. I’m 19 years old!.!.!.!. 5'3!.!.!.!.105 pounds!.!.!.!.!.!. How do people actually get started!.!.!.and how will I actually know if a good enough for this!?! !.!.!. of course modeling agencies want you to do it since they charge you a lot of $$$$ !.!.!.!. my sister one year went to model search!.!.!.!. she actually made it in Houston but once she went into the actual state (everyone in Texas) she didn't!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. this is something that i been thinking about doing!.!.!.but thought someone out there maybe worked in a modeling agency and could give me more info!. thank you!.

Make sure of the legit and avoid the counterfeit!. Do a lot of research about the agency you want to work with like discuss it on forums, visit their site, ask from someone who have an experience with the agency!. Fill yourself with lots of information!.
Another thing is to sign up for an online portfolio!. Now, their are sites who offer this kind of service where you'll have worldwide exposure!. A great example of this is newfaces!.com!. As i have researched the site is like a talent community where the members are consists of models, actors, photographers (amateur or pros) and even industry pros (agencies, producers ets!.)!. The founder itself is a top model and she refer potential models on the site to her contact agencies she'd worked with!.
i believe this site is safe, legit and could make dreams come true to aspiring models!.

No real agency will ever charge you even $1!. If any agency wants you, they will pay for your photography, comp cards, etc!. If they need to hire a coach to help with your walk, they will pay for that as well!. A real agency invests in you - then take a % of every job they book you on!.
