Everyone does it differently!.
The first thing to do would be to join singing lessons and get involved in as much singing performances as you can!. You won't become a signer at age 11 you will most likely become one at age 15+ but starting young gives you more time to learn, practice etc!.
The next step would be to write a song!. (again, at a later age) and go to a recording studio and record!. I'm unsure how much it costs but you could have a garage sale to earn money to pay for it!. Then simply sell your single!. Ask for it to be played on radio, go door knocking and sell it, ask to promote it at shops!.

start out singing locally!. find a place that will let you sing for free and then you can maybe get payed!. slowly work your way up to the top! you go girl! throw miley off the thrown!Www@Enter-QA@Com
