Any good magazines with contests that require skill not luck? ?!

i had entered a contest from a magazine where u actually had to write a song but i didnt win and there are also those contests where u just send in ur name but thats just about luck, i wanna enter a contest where if i actually do good i can win

preferably in a disney magazine like ones with jonas brother demi lovato selena gomez people like that
