Not only does it list magazines and how to contact them, but the kinds of submissions they accept and how much they pay!. The 2009 Writer's Market starts listing consumer magazines on page 388, organized by categories!. The book is priced $29!.99!.
If you cannot afford it, go to a library and search for it; it might be listed under the reference section!. I've seen Writer's Market at libraries myself!.
