Fashion magazine career!
Question: Fashion magazine career
I am in college studying communication and I love writing, but how can I make a career at it and work at a magazine as a writer!. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get my foot in the door and am I studying the right thing in college!. If anyone can help me it would be great!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It all depends on what specific job you're going for!. Are you going to be a general writer, interviewer, editor, etc!. Some want you to take a computer design course, others you need english!.!. some you don't need anything! Try researching different magazine jobs and find the right one for you!. Check out what you need to study (if anything)!. Afterwards, try getting an interview at the companies like Jane, Instyle, Vogue, Elle, Fashion, M, J-14, Nylon, Glamour, Seventeen, Cosmogirl, Teen Vogue, just to name a few!.!. The magazine companies are usually located in NYC, but check into the locations anyways because some are based out of Boston, Toronto, London, Montreal, etc!. :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
