I want to start a magazine as well and have done a lot of research on the field!. However, I realize that starting one takes money!. I decided to put together a smaller inspirational publication in my area to help raise funds!. I am donating a portion from each copy sold to a cancer treatment center in memory of my brother!. It's always important to give back and help others!.I'm also including a business directory for my sponsors!. I'm still doing interviews and getting it prepared for release!. It will be available online and through mail order!. It's smaller, half-page, and I'm having them printed as they are ordered, so I don't lose any money!. I'm gaining some experience in the field, and hopefully can make enough to put my mag idea in print!. My advice to you is to get creative and realize that there are ways to get the funds, you just have to figure out how!. Then you have to get out and really make it happen!.
