Question: my instructor asked me to write an article for the newspaper, and im packed with projects to do and i won't have the time. if you can at least help me with choosing a topic, then it would make things much more easier. it has to be about teenage problems, but i don't want to write anything about love or smoking..any ideas please?

"On being yourself"
Why not write something about the peer pressure arising amongst teenagers and the people around them? You can say something about how they find themselves struggling to search for their personality, and on how some try to be like someone else, as a result, lead pretentious lives.
drugs abuse?
family conflict?
Family violence?
Peer rejection?
Self esteem?
Body image?
Failing school?
Hating school -- deciding whether to move to a new one?
Depression?
Abusive teachers or parents?
Troublesome relationships... like an older boyfriend?
The list goes on...
