I have found that they are both basically the same thing, it really just comes down to personall preference in writing style and magazine layout.

definetly seventeen.allthough it depends on what age group you are dealing with.i prefer seventeen because it has lots of great star shots and articals.cosmogirl only talks about strange things.i will definetily recomend BOP,tiger beat, and popstar.
Cosmopolitan. But I order that, cosmogirl and seventeen. Seventeen has better layouts. Cosmogirl seems a little less organized but they are both great. I like the information from seventeen better. Aren't they all run by the same company??
if i had to choose, seventeen. there is a ton of Ads in Cosmogirl, not a lot of articles.
