Can I use brand names on my online magazine??!
Question: Hi. I am working on an online fashion magazine. Can I say "we love this top by Babyphat" & show a photo of it? Or is this technically illegal? I see it in magazines all the time? PLease help? Thanks

I do not believe it is illegal as long as you are showing the name "Babyphat" because then they are getting advertisement, and credit for it, so I think it is okay. Whats they name of your website? I'd love to read/see it!
Isn't that the point of advertising? to have ads?
well I think u have to italize that name "Baby Phat" or get them 2 buy an ad from u
