How do you make a color wheel with magazine paper?!

Question: draw up a color wheel--for spacing..then you get your sissors and a magazine no one minds if it's cut up..and you look for colors to fill in the spaces...you're making as collage with a color wheel.

Use your sissors. How did your teacher tell you to do it...I'd probably do it the way he/she asks...it's no doubt for a grade-and THEY"R the ones grading it..so ask them.
