Mixtape CD cover, can I get sued?!
Question: Hi! I'm on the verge of releasing a Mixtape I'm an up and coming female rapper. For those of you who are not familiar a mixtape is a CD with 10-20 tracks that one gives out to either create a fan base OR between Albums for more known artist. I'm trying to create a fan base. Anyway my question is: the concept is a magazine interview and I am using Seventeen as the magazine, I plan on giving the CD away and will make no profit.. can I get sued by them? Thanks in advanced!

As long as you dont make any profit then you did nothin wrong and you cant be sued unless you made money of it.
