Yes. BUT you want and need help. I am the editor of a magazine and I depend on all my writers, photographers, and creative director to help. Every month I send out a an email to all my writers and photographers to pitch a few stories that would be interesting for our readers. Everyone has a say in it, but I make the final decision on what will go into it.
