Also, try online magazines and ads--craig's list for job posts.
Highlights magazine in the States is a monthly, with editions for teachers and children..they also have online step-by-step projects for teaching

Australia has excellent classified newspapers for jobhunters. There are always positions advertised for childcare workers.
There are also centres called ABC Learning Centres which are also always on the lookout for workers. ABC have particularly good guidelines, structures etc. so I'm sure you'll find their info helpful. My 3 yr old goes to one of the ABC centres and we've always been happy with the way our little one has been treated. She's been going since she was a baby. Hope that all helps,
