Question: Please anyone with an answer let me know.....

Answers: Please anyone with an answer let me know.....

Yes, you are able but you are always advise never to do this. There is no checking for a cash submission.

That's why a cheque/check, payable order, postal order or money order is a better idea. There is always accountability.

Don't do it. Someone might take the money and there's no way to prove that you sent it.

I reckon there is also an issue about the accounts department. Most finance offices require a 'paper trail' like receipts and cheques and so forth to keep the accountants happy. You start mailing cash and they have to go to more work to process it than they do for a cheque or money order.

Their insurance probably covers a fixed amount of 'petty cash' in the safe and anything over that is not covered. So they need to get the bank to lodge it and that adds to their workload.

send a money order
do not send cash

NO, you NEVER EVER EVER send cash through the mail!!
NEVER!...
simply take your cash down to the post office and buy a money order for a dollar and send it that way!

do not send cash

YOU NEED TO MAKE A MONEY ORDER

Most companies specifically ask you not to send cash. It can get lost or stolen. If you don't have a checking account or credit card, get a money order.

they always say dont send cash in the mail. EVER but i alway do it

no, but you can send me a check

Not advisable to send cash through the mail, period.

No don't send cash! You'll make the mailman rich! Get a money order, check or cashiers check. Whichever the mag company will allow.

Im pretty sure they dont like cash, check or credit is what the really want. Most mags have # you can call and ask for sure. check the first few pages or very last page for that info.

don't ever send cash by mail. you'll be tempting the employees. whoever is opening the mail will just take your cash and throwaway the letter. further inquiries from you will be of the sort: "sorry we never received anything."
send a check or money order instead.

that's not to say that everyone with such a low paying job will steal the money, but why risk it?

I am sure they would take it - it would be a matter of getting it credited to your account - you have no proof of sending it. Go to a grocery store, convenience store and purchase money order - much safer in this day and age.

NEVER, EVER EVER EVER, MAIL CASH!!!

Money order or check.

DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL!!!!

Go to the grocery store and get a money order. They usually cost 50 cents.

Never send cash, always pay by check, credit card, or
Postal Money order, to leave a "paper trail" of a transaction.
How else can you prove that you paid it, so save the "receipt,"
There is one rule in life, that you must learn. It's to:
"cover your @$$, because no one else will. <}:-})

I dunno
