Question: I was thinking of subscribing to it, but is it just like, celeb gossip and fashion? what do you suggest? i'm 13, but mature for my age? people assume i'm 16, so I'm not sure what's good for me. thanks!

Seventeen is probably a good magazine for you if you are mature. I am 13 too and people think im 18. It's crazy. Anyway, Seventeen is divided up into 6 sections, Fashion, Beauty, Health, Love Life, Real Life and Fun Stuff. Fashion section shows us girls fashionable clothes that are afordable and adorable. Beauty gives us tips on various things for every skin color. Health, gives trusted info of sex, body image, and staying healthy. Love Life, obviously gives tips on boyfriends and kissing. Real Life talks about college, true castrophes, ways to improve your self, and recently on going green and how you can help the planet. Fun Stuff includes horoscopes and embarassing stories that are hilarous. I recommend this mag. to you. It's not like Tiger Beat or J-14. It's definetly more older like.

its about everything a teenage girl needs. clothes/fashion trends, makeup, real life inspiring stories, confidence booster, health and a tiny bit about celebs. i love that magazine, i am a suscriber. if you want it suscribe to it, much better deal. yeah its for your age, tthey want people of the ages of 13-29 to be reading there magazine. I started reading it when i was 11, so it does not matter.
