Why DID SPIDER-MAN AND MARY JANE get divorced?!

Question: trouble in bed?
money issues?

Answers: trouble in bed?
money issues?

No, Marvel regretted the decision of making them get married in the first place because being married made Peter Parker less interesting. Peter and Mary-Jane made a deal with their nemesis Mephito and he rewound time, erasing their marriage and the time they spent together. I don't like it, considering those 2 have been married for over 20 years. I'm protesting!

To save Aunt May, Peter and Mary Jane had to cut a deal

no, they just forgot about each other so they could save aunt may!

because marvel is ran by lunatics who make it up on the fly 1st the house of m crap and the civil war where after 40 years and for no good reason he unmasks and regrets it in two books why would a person put his family on the line like that what next ol mighty marvel

I began buying Spiderman comics when Steve Ditko was still doing the artwork (and much of the plotting.) I didn't really care for Johnny Romita's interpitation, but never saw anything wrong in Parker getting married. (Why not? He's a normal male in that respect.)
Today's comics are too full of themselves and take the human element, the main reason the comics were interesting in the first place, right out of the equasion.
A smart writer would return to the roots of the characters, and work from there, not try to expand their personal agendas. Remember what happened when they tried to changed Spiderman's costume? It was the outcry of the fans that forced them into repealing that stupid idea.
