they dont take young models...you have to be older than that
they have a few places out here in New York City, but you gonna have to bring your mom and dad with ya, Plus a couple of bucks.
usually big towns ex:san fransisco, start with a small store that caters to young girls (probably one that no one has heard of) until you get noticed or experienced enough to move on to bigger things
try going to places such as jc pennies, limited too, kid models are always needed.
school is a great place to start.
Just walk around and look pretty. Maybe someone will see you, and if your attractive enough and unique looking they might give you some info. That's if there happens to be someone who works for a modeling agency is walking around. That happened to me when I was 12 out to breakfast with my father. But I loved food too much...so that was a no go.

You have to be older than 13 to model, but you could start off at a beauty pageant and work your way up...
