I collect back issues of magazines, and I can tell you the best ways I use - though, there's rarely an easy way to get "all" of them... you just have to keep hunting until all the issues you want are crossed off your checklist.
Use eBay to try and find individual issues or lots of several. Try searching for "nylon magazine" or "nylon issues" - you might get some hits.
Try using your local Craigslist, or Craigslist sites from nearby communities - I get a lot of gently used issues this way, but it's very hit and miss. The nice thing about CL is that you can post "wanted" ads, so maybe someone out there has a closet full of Nylon just waiting for someone to help them clear it out.
It can take a long time to get something as big as an entire back run (not to mention expensive), but if you're an enthusiastic collector it can be worthwhile.
That one might end up being a process. Getting them all at once is most likely impossible. You could order back issues from their site as far back as they go or allow... then collect others from ebay. Yep. Might be a labor of love.
