Is a woman with less than a C cup a turn off to you?!
Question: I read a article about an interview with Keira Knightley in which she informs the reader that U.S. magazines do not accept women/celebrities with anything smaller than a C cup on their magazines because they turn the rest of us (the public) off. Instead, they will use computer graphics to make said celebrity "fuller".
I was very surprised by such a statement! Is this true? Any opinions on this?

It's not surprising and I don't doubt it. Most US magazines work on the "sex sells" principle. If you notice in the article the retouched photo didn't just alter her chest, but her face as well (it's more sultery in the retouched version) and her skin tones to be more tanned. All this conforms to the image most US magazines try to sell. It's a rather narrow vision, but apparently it works for them.
As far as opinions, I just find it sad, she's a talented actress and was wonderful in the movie why should anyone care about something so superficial.

It may be true for some magazines that cater to a certain type of clientele. It's a sad reality of how our society views women.
i think less than C cup is quite nice...it looks petite and little and what girl doesnt like to feel little next to their bf....plus they can be very athletic looking if that their thing

It sounds like nonsense to me. Most of the models are stick-skinny and seem to have no breasts at all. That might be true of Playboy, but not of U.S. magazines in general.

If a woman doesn't have a chest there are other things about a woman that turn people on. Its not all in the chest. Thats ridiculous. =)
I could not care less what size because to me beauty is a combination of features. That statement they made is absurd on the face of it. Imagine what would happen if they said that anyone whose bum was smaller than such and such would have theirs enhanced! Ludicrous!
personally, yes and no. anything less than a small b cup isnt necassarily a "turn off" but it still lacks what the c's and d's have. c cup's and up are definetley nice, but anything over a large d is actually too big. my fiance is a 34-D, and that's perfect for me. when we first started dating she was a 34-C, which was really nice, but an extra cup didnt hurt anything. but no, its not a "turn off", but its nice to have something bigger.

Keira may have been referring to magazines marketed to complete idiots, who believe that looks determine a person's worth and who pay to hear "experts" tell them what their opinions should be. To them, it's probably a turn off. To those of us with more than 2 living brain cells, it's a simple physical attribute, nothing more.

wow, people are funny about stuff like that, and i think that its the guys fault. personally i have no problem (D) but i feel bad for people who stress about their chest size, but you know what boys got it bad too they worry about their packages, lol. so i guess we are even. ;D
excellent question... as a small breasted woman myself i understand the amazing pressures.... but i think its just like every other part of the body... some people are more self conscious about it than others. personally i think breasts are put on too high a pedestal in this country. but i ignorantly assumed it was like that in most European cultures as well. i think it also depends on the guy. some are more interested in breasts that others. the fact that they do that in American magazines is depressing but not surprising
No, since I'm not a girl I don't look at girls. But I do think the big boob thing is ridiculous. They expect us weigh 100 lbs and have size double E cups. What sense does that make. I am a size B and people tell me I am beautiful for beauty really comes from within. Besides your soul mate will not care what size cup you have and that is who you want to attract anyway right?

Look "I" personally absolutely love smaller breasts. it coincides with my small penis. You may have someone that fills this description. But it is 7 inces so its not terribly small. no i actually dont like girls with huge boobs, and boobs (for me anyways) dont have a lot to do with how attractive they are to me.
