    Just look in magazines like Cosmopolitan and see what they do.
    Don't copy, but get ideas from it.

    -How to dress like a certain celebrity.
    -Things that people need to know but are ignorant about-i.e. Animal Abuse, Elder Abuse, Child Abuse, Genocide in Dafur/Uganda, The War in Iraq, etc.
    -How to go & then stay "green".
    -Fashion/make-up tips.
    -Boy advice, etc.
    -Quizzes (not corny ones).
    & Friend advice, etc.

    Not everyone wants to dress like celebs.

    A lot depends on the age group you're trying to target.
    Sex is always a good topic. School/Job advice. Health and body info- healthy food recipes, easy workouts. Entertainment- movie/music/television/book reviews.
    Of course there's more, but that's off the top of my head!
