You could go for the 70s approach and make a zine. Get a few pages of copy paper and paste some articles you made on Word onto it. Then, use the copier machine at work to multiply them.
If you want it Cosmo style, you're going to need a frigging corporation. Get an MBA.
If you want a single, glossy magazine, go to any printing website and search for glossy pages with staple binding. That should do it.
