definitly. all of the posters in there are 99% disney all the time. that is why i dont buy them. i like twist and j-14. u should try those. there is still a lot of disney but not that much

the magazine probably pays Disney, unless they are advertisements, then Disney pays. its like how other magazines, like People, will pay the people (paparazzi) for pics of stars at the grocery store and things like that.

No - no one can pay for editorial content. The editors put what they think is popular and will sell in the magazine. Disney doesn't need to pay for this sort of coverage - they have plenty of their own magazines and could create one just like this to compete if they wanted to.
Most magazines have integrity and that is not compromised for payment. Magazines get their money from advertisers and if an ad looked like editorial - it is required to say "Advertisement" across the top of the page.

Yes is is possible that Disney is paying them, but they don't have to be. These magazines know that when younger people who watch Disney see these stars on their magazines they will want to buy them more. In that case Disney wouldn't have to pay them because they are making money by themselves. Disney could or could not be paying them. They will never admit it if they are.
