There are a number of great drum magazines out there. I used to read Rhythm which is a british magazine, until I found Modern Drummer. Since reading that mag I've never read any other. It's informative, has a lot of shop advertisements and price lists, it includes exercises to try out, interviews, product reviews.....it's just everything a drummer would need in a magazine. It's a US based magazine, and I'm not sure where you are, but it's also available to buy, and to subscribe to in england. He'll be very happy with it.

Yea you want one but you have to buy it my bro is a great drummer play too. He has 5 of them he said he could sell 2 of them for 900 dollars and one for 200 dollars becuz it very new and expensive too so...
