I have a subscription to Cosmo girl...but lately their magazine has been way less than par. (unless ofcourse you enjoy reading about gays and gothic styles) They have totally gone downhill and i would say scrtach that off your list of possibilities! I think i am going to start buying sophisticates hairstyleguide because it has beauty tips, hairstyles, and lots of celebrities. But if you are looking for a good variety of girl stuff I'd recommend Teen Vouge.
