I have been sent a magazine, is it a con/scam?!

Question: I received a magazine from a company called AGORA LIFESTYLES LTD yesterday claiming to tell how to get the best possible ways to get things at knock down prices, you get a free trial then pay £29 for 1 year, should i avoid it. It seems great but is it too good to be true??
