Try Seventeen Magazine or Cosmo Girl. The holidays are coming up so maybe you can ask a relative for a subscription. Both magazines have stories, advice and update you on the latest trends. They are also for your age group.
The library carries these magazines. Try going and skim through them so you can decide which one you really like. Plus, the library is free!

Seventeen. They always have about 20 pages on fashion including best bargains at many stores and way to sprice up your clothes =)
Definitely Seventeen, they show you what styles are in and what would look great on your body type, which i find very useful.
They also have many other things like interviews with celebs, sales and great freebies
