because they know the only magazines teenage boys are interested in are playboy, maxim and all that ****. well actually theres one called 'stuff' thats not pornographic but it always has a hot chick on the cover and inside is other things like concerts and stuff that would interest guys.

They do make magazines for boys. They are called Playboy and Maxim.
There is a christian magazine for teen boys. My brother gets them. Here is the web site if your interested. The magazine is called Breakaway. I don't know of any others though.
