Cute sis,there are few superb softwares that can help you but unfortunately there is no website..i have worked in a newspaper..there was a guy who used to make magazine covers..he used to use only one software "Paint shop pro".i saw him working..and i also started working in this software..i took free lessons about the different features of this software from the following website:

Sis there are lot of guyz who can do this for you may be you can find a website who can do this free of cost but i bet ..yes i bet when you will do it by urself...you will learn a lot ..you will design fake magazine covers with your photos according to your mood with your favorite colors...when you will reveal these covers in front of yer friends..you will be so glad..it is damn easy job..do it!
