Yes, or you could get away with it at least . If you look at the occupation options, it also has the option for "student". So if I was a student at USC, I could put my occupation as student, and my company as USC. And have it delivered top my house/ school mailbox. Or you can put the place you work as the business. Just make sure you put your home address, and not your place of work. No lie there.
You can try, but the only way to get the free magazine is to sign up for trade publications for your industry. If you don't have an industry you won't be able to get it. That's the catch. You can try to lie, but if you don't fall into the qualifying category you could blow it.
