What determines Billboard Magazine's Top 100 music list?!

Question: EVERYTHING!! Radio play time, sales of cds, requests, and everything else that's involved in the music business.
I don't get the Weekly Top 40 here in Las Vegas (the one Ryan Seacrest hosts,) but if you do, listen at the end; he'll tell you exactly how they get the top 40 anyway. :)
