Favourite line from a film?

Hi guys, have you ever heard a really great line in a film, memorised it and used it yourself? If so, what was it? Just curious..ie: " Go sell crazy somewhere else...we're all stocked up here "..from As Good As It Gets .

"you're killing me Petey, you're killing me" said by the coach in the Titans.
My daughter was about 16 when this movie came out and she caught on to this phrase and used it repeatedly when we tried to tell her what to do.
The two things my husband and I use the most are the music (duh da duh da duh da) from Jaws or the music from the Twilight Zone (can't put that one into words)when something is a little weird or scary.
And "dumbass" "I say goodbye" or anything else from That 70's Show.
