I have a good idea for a magazine but?
don't want to start it myself..I just want it available to read. Who could I suggest this to that would be willing to consider it?

You should talk to a publishing company about your idea - the chances are that there is a similar magazine somewhere in the world already, and for anyone to publish a new title they would need to be sure there is the market, both in terms of readers and advertisers.
