I paid thru my credit card. Neither they are replying back nor are they paying me back.

Take up the matter with Indiatimes. They are bound to initiate action in the matter lest their site may be adversely affected as an unreliable one. One of my friend who had a similar experience benefited by just e-mailing Indiatimes.com. Of course are you sure that the period the advertisers normally indicate for the order to come to frutiton is over? Do not be hasty.
