I need to know because Im getting it as a gift for my gf for Christmas

depending on where you live your best, quickest(clocks ticking) and cheapest bet would be to go to a mall.many malls have stores where they sell t-shirts and other airbrushed items. talk to the airbrush artist about what you want .and if there are a variety of these type places you could find the artist that seems most appropriate from their displays.
be sure to have them use the appropriate type of paint(if there any good they would know this,probably some type of enamel) and have them give it a clear coat on top to protect it.
