I've been watching 'Girls of the Playboy Mansion' on Sky recently, and I'm completely confused and fascinated as to how it all works. Do the girls get paid a salary to be there or just get a life of luxury in return? Do you think they really do love Hef as they say they do? And what happens when he wants younger models again? Does he fire the girls when he's bored of them?

I think that they get a monthly allowance (a pretty hefty sum of money for what they do), but it's not considered a salary. Plus, they have an early curfew so they can't go out and party all night. They have to be home for Hef in case he needs them. I think Holly may love Hef, but the other two enjoy the lifestyle more than they enjoy Hef.
