I have tried finding it on their website but it seems as though they have purposefully hidden it from the public.

Go to http://central.hearstmags.com/ then find the magazine that you want to inquire about, click on their "customer service" link, (listed just below a picture of the specific magazine), then on their "other questions" link, and finally the "contact off line" link. There you will find a phone number specific to that magazine. Hope this helps.
