All You Need To Know About The Music Business - Donald Passman
This Business of Music - M. William Krasilovsky
Music, Money & Success - Jeff & Todd Brabec
The first two give a broad overview of the business, how it works, how royalties are calculated, that sort of thing. The third one is more in depth on things like publishing and stuff, and written by two ASCAP lawyers.
