One issue back Discount Magazines?
I heard of a magazine distributor called Press Commerce, but can't find it on the web. They offer magazines at a discount because they are one issue old. Has anyone heard of this company or a similar one that offers a magazine subscription where every month you're actually getting the previous issue?
