Needed a little advise on how to create a magazine.?

My friend and I want to create an online magazine. We could use some advises on how to do it better.

try to use a tempelate, or know how to create section layouts. use a bold font for headings, and something easily readable for main text. try to use the same fonts for regular text throughout the magazine, and similarly for headings (except in special articles where you may want it completely different).dont use too much colour, just a picture here and there.also stick to a theme for each page so it doesnt look cluttered.

try to vary your content from week to week (or month) but have similar sections such as a question and answer page, a contents page, a review page, competition page etc.

also try to get some sponsers to advertise, something to do with what the magazine is about perhaps.
