That would be the almighty Annie Lebowitz..she is just GRAND..ah she takes the best pictures ever. Such art she does. She has photographed a many Vanity Fair covers. Love her! She has done many of there 'Hollywood Issues"...they have an annual "Hollywood Issue" every year...it normally comes out around Oscar time. And the one with Keira, Scarlett, and Tom ford was last year's "Hollywood" issue.
