If I am looking to distribute a calendar of my photography, would I need to establish a business LLC first?
What are some other steps to consider? Will it cost alot of money to accomplish? Please help!

If you are not going to be mass producing them you may want to try going to a local print shop and ask what their costs would be for the materials/quality you want the calendar to be made of. From that point, sit down and do the math. What are your costs going to be? What price point are you planning on for your work? Where are you planing on distributing them? If your plans for this are more small scale (locally) try going to local business and presenting a finished calendar- from there talk about if they are interested in letting you A. set up a display in the store or out front to sale. B. Sale the product to them and let them sale it at their own price after.
If you are looking at a more massive distributing, I would start by calling local publishing agencies and ask them where to go from there.
