Are there any webistes/magazines that pay for someone's stories?

Are there any webistes out there or magazines that will pay for stories that you submit to them (if they approve your story). I have heard penthouse does..I didn't know if there were other erotica or other webistes that take erotica stories or fiction? I am looking for someone who doesn't charge any fees to "join" or any of those turnkey deals. Also, any websites that may have may have contests?
